Underneath the crystal ball are the words, "Follow me to the land of Oz". The Wizard of Oz is the 1939 film adaptation of the fantasy novel The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum. Generations of children have been awed and bewildered by the world of Oz for many decades. At the end of the 90s, Warner Bros. re-released the film for it's 60th anniversary and this sweatshirt may have been promotion for this anniversary.
